AVAILABLE FRIDAY... dates for February and March tests:  reading and listening comprehensions, oral tests and writing exercises

Proverbs, wishes,clothes and witty people

I beg your pardon? you might say…  what a funny title

Different exercises, dealing with different aspects of the language, but especially focusing on vocabulary. We have been working on proverbs and wishes recently, while “Types of people” and “Clothes vocabulary” have been set as homework.

Cheers! ;-)

Your textbook is on the Internet

Don’t forget that your textbook, New English File Intermediate-Plus, is available on the Internet with lots of different exercises for you to work online. Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening exercises….

For instance, now that we are working with unit 4, it would be a good idea if you go back to unit 3 for a short revision of structures: Past perfect continuous, third conditional and modal verbs in the past.

If you feel like trying your luck with unit 4, you can practise with “I wish” sentences and comparative structures (the more, the better)

And if you just want to browse and decide on a different type of exercise, the direct link to your textbook is…
